OTTAWA Fewer deaths are occurring on Canadas roads every year, according to the latest statistics released today by Transport Canada.
The 2007 Canadian Motor Vehicle Traffic Collision Statistics reveal a 4.4-per-cent decrease, from 2,889 to 2,767, in road user fatalities from the year before. Current estimates for 2008 show an even greater decline in the numbers, continuing a downward trend that began over two decades ago.

You have to rent a room in the Fairmont Hotel Monte Carlo (nee the Grand Hotel, nee the Loews Hotel, nee the Train Station four-night minimum starting at 5,500 Euros) to have roof access but there is no finer place to watch the worlds most famous F1 Grand Prix.
